Stephen G. Turner Associates was founded in 2004.  President Stephen Turner, ISA, has over 15 years’ experience in the areas of fine arts, decorative arts, furniture and antiques.  During that period, he has worked with the West Coast's leading auction firms as an auctioneer and appraiser of personal property.  He has often appeared in the media, including as a regular featured appraiser on HGTV's "Appraise It!", now in syndication, and for over seven years in the San Francisco Chronicle's Sunday appraisal feature, "What's It Worth?". 

Turner is a popular guest speaker on art and antiques at seminars and appraisal fairs in California.  He is also a regular auctioneer in Northern California and makes frequent appearances at Bay Area charity auctions.

Turner is an Accredited Member of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA).  He is also a candidate of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA).
